Overview:  Park Court Chambers is a first tier firm .... with a national standard criminal group, is able to tap into 'a range of barristers able to cover the breadth of work with a strong depth of choice at each level'.

Commercial, Insolvency and Property: Ashley Tucker is commended for his chancery expertise and has a particular expertise in contentious wills and trusts matters.

Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence:  Paul Kirtley is an experienced practitioner, with particular expertise in occupational claims.

Employment: Ceri Widdett succeeded in a complex time limit extensions matter before the Employment Appeal Tribunal in Nationwide Leisure v Parnham.  Catherine Knowles has established a solid junior practice from her 2004 call.

Family: Valerie Sterling and Sally Terris are particularly accompalished at handling matters involving children.  Caroline Wigin 'negotiates very firmly' in financial cases, and Chloe Hudson is a very effective younger junior, particularly in care proceedings.

Crime:  Robert Smith QC 'is simply awesome; his advocacy is impeccable, his technical knowledge faultless'.  Bryan Cox QC is highly rated for serious crime, Simon Bourne-Arton QC and Tom Bayliss QC specialise in complex fraud and white-collar crime, and Alistair MacDonald QC handles cases of medical complexity, as does Christopher Tehrani.  Nicholas de la Poer is a 'very effective advocate, very good on the law, and a very good lawyer to have on your side'.   Jason Pitter and Gul Nawaz Hussain are very strong juniors with wide experience.
