Andrew Wastall joins Chambers
Andrew joined Park Court on 26th May 2009. He was called to the Bar in 2005 and was subsequently a tenant at Chambers in Southampton and Leeds.
Andrew has a growing practice in the following areas of law:
- Family (ancillary relief, public and private Children Act work);
- Civil litigation (personal injury, road traffic accidents, tripping and slipping accidents, occupiers' liability and employers' liability claims); and
- Commercial and Chancery (credit hire claims, general contractual disputes, trusts and repossession hearings, and mediation)
In addition, in criminal law he undertakes all types of prosecution and defence work in the Youth, Magistrates and Crown Courts.
