Adam Birkby secures acquittal of Newcastle United Captain
Kevin Nolan, captain of Newcastle United FC, was acquitted on 7 April 2011 at South East Northumberland Magistrates' Court. Mr Nolan faced a single charge of failing to provide information about the identity of a driver contrary to section 172 of the Road Traffic Act. Adam Birkby, who was instructed in this case by Freeman & Co Solicitors of Manchester, is experienced in all areas of motor law.
