American Internship at Park Court Chambers
Park Court Chambers hosted an American postgraduate law student, Jenna Piasecki, to a 3 week internship. Jenna Piasecki, a student at the University of Buffalo, New York, spent 3 weeks with barristers from Park Court Chambers, observing the variety of work undertaken by the English Bar.
Jenna saw barristers undertaking Courtroom advocacy and advisory work in a range of fields including Commercial, Personsal Injury, Crime and Insolvency. The internship was organised through Park Court Chambers link via Webster Szanyi LLP of New York.
James Normington, a barrister at Park Court said "It was a great pleasure to have Jenna come over and see how barristers work. It is a unique experience, and we hope to be able to offer other American students the opportunity in the future."
