Insolvency and Commercial Recovery
Members of the Insolvency and Commercial Recovery team regularly advise and represent parties in matters of personal and corporate insolvency.
The team comprises barristers at all levels of seniority and we can offer appropriate counsel for the full range of insolvency and corporate recovery work, from winding up petitions and contested statutory demands through to receivership and complex litigation involving issues of fraud. The team is also able to provide advice on specific issues arising on insolvency, for example, retention of title clauses.
