The team has extensive experience of a wide variety of professional liability claims, including multidisciplinary claims, in the following areas:

Many of the professional liability claims in which the team is involved arise out of, or are linked to, commercial and construction disputes; corporate and personal insolvency; and professional regulation and discipline. The team is used to dealing with the overlap with other areas in which Chambers has practice, including insolvency, company law, fraud, construction, land law and professional regulation and discipline. Multidisciplinary experience includes barristers/solicitors, solicitors/accountants/estate managers/tax planners, accountants/financial advisers/pension advisers and architects/surveyors/construction professionals. The team also has experience of group claims, in particular relating to barristers’ and solicitors’ conduct of personal injury and housing disrepair litigation.
