Work in recent years has included prosecuting and defending numerous high profile Health & Safety cases (representing a wide range of clients including large commercial organisations and professional clients (for example, the headmaster of a special school prosecuted in relation to a drowning accident), a considerable amount of inquest work representing public bodies such as the Environment Agency and individuals such as teaching staff (including two inquests concerning the deaths of pupils in drowning accidents on school trips) and defending multi-national companies in prosecutions arising from major environmental incidents.
