  • Public Law Child Care - care proceedings acting on behalf of parents and local authorities in:
    - non-accidental head injury cases, and all other non-accidental injury cases, in which there is contested medical evidence
    - general finding of fact hearings
    - cases involving physical, sexual and emotional abuse
    - adoption issues and post adoption contact
    - Special Guardianship Orders
    - cases with DNA issues
  • Declaration of paternity cases
  • Divorce - matrimonial property and finance ('middle' and 'big' money cases)
  • Child abduction
  • Cohabitation - Trusts of Land and Schedule 1 Children Act cases
  • Residence and contact in public law cases especially where a Rule 9.5 guardian has been appointed
